◦ Landmarks: Processus uncinatus, Bulla ethmoidalis and flexible nasal conchae
◦ Caves: maxillary sinus, ethmoid cells, frontal sinus and sphenoidal sinus
◦ Nerves: Optic nerve
◦ Vessels: carotid artery and sphenopalatina
◦ Representation of soft tissue: skin, nasal mucosa, pituitary gland, carotid artery, polyps
◦ detectable structures: optic nerve, carotid artery, skull base, lamina papyracea, pituitary gland
